1. SPONSOR & ORGANIZER

The Peach Loot Hunt (the “Game”) is organized and sponsored by Autameda Vision LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company. The Game is operated through Sponsor’s official social media accounts under the username @autamedavision (you can view official social media accounts on the Autameda Vision website) and the Autameda Vision website located at www.autamedavision.com (collectively, the “Platforms”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Age Requirement. The Game is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. The Game is open only to individuals who are physically present within the state of Georgia, United States, at the time they seek to claim a Prize. The Loot Envelope is hidden exclusively at locations within the state of Georgia.

2.3 Account Requirement. To be eligible to claim a Prize, a participant must:

• (a) possess a free user account on the Autameda Vision website (www.autamedavision.com); and
• (b) have the legal name associated with that account match the participant’s valid government-issued photo identification.

2.4 Prohibited Participants. The following individuals are not eligible to participate or claim any Prize:

• (a) Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Autameda Vision LLC, and any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising/promotion agencies;
• (b) Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of any such employee or agent, regardless of relationship;
• (c) Individuals who have been previously disqualified from the Game for violation of these Official Rules;
• (d) Individuals who have already claimed three (3) or more Peach Loot Prizes in total, regardless of whether such claims were consecutive.

2.5 No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN OR CLAIM A PRIZE IN THIS GAME. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. GAME MECHANICS

3.1 The Loot Envelope. Each week, Sponsor will hide one (1) physical Loot Envelope (the “Loot Envelope”) containing a Peach Loot receipt at a public location within Georgia. The Loot Envelope will be placed in a manner that is physically accessible to the public without the need to trespass, damage property, or violate any law or regulation.

3.2 Weekly Schedule. The Game operates on a weekly schedule as follows:

• (a) Standard Release: The Peach Loot Hunt video revealing the hiding location will be posted on all official @autamedavision social media accounts on Saturdays at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), unless otherwise announced by Sponsor.
• (b) Early Access: Registered free user account holders on the Autameda Vision website will receive early access to the Peach Loot Hunt video at 8:45 AM ET on the same Saturday—fifteen (15) minutes prior to the standard release.
• (c) Schedule Changes: Sponsor reserves the right to change the day or time of any release for any reason, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to holidays, weather conditions, or operational considerations.

3.3 “First Come, First Served” Basis. The Game operates strictly on a “first come, first served” basis. The first eligible participant who:

• (a) physically locates the Loot Envelope;
• (b) retrieves the Peach Loot receipt contained therein; and
• (c) follows the instructions printed on the receipt to contact Sponsor and verify their claim shall be declared the Winner for that week’s Game.

3.4 One Winner Per Week. Only one (1) Winner will be declared per weekly Game. Once a Loot Envelope has been claimed and verified, that week’s Game is concluded, and no further claims for that week’s Prize will be accepted.

4. PRIZE STRUCTURE

4.1 Base Prize. The Winner of each weekly Game shall receive a cash prize of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00 USD) (the “Prize”).

4.2 Early Bird Bonus. If the Loot Envelope is claimed and verified before 9:30 AM ET on the Saturday of release, the Winner shall receive an additional One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 USD)** bonus, for a total Prize of **Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00 USD).

4.3 Loyalty Bonus (“Hat Trick Bonus”). If the same individual claims a total of three (3) Peach Loot Prizes over the course of the Game (not necessarily consecutive weeks), that individual shall receive a bonus of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00 USD) upon verification of their third claim.

4.4 Prize Payment. The Prize shall be paid to the Winner by one of the following methods, at Sponsor’s sole discretion:

• (a) CashApp;
• (b) Zelle; or
• (c) Physical check mailed to the Winner’s verified address.

4.5 No Substitution or Transfer. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative or substitution will be offered, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

5. CLAIM & VERIFICATION PROCESS

5.1 Following Receipt Instructions. To claim the Prize, the individual who locates the Loot Envelope must follow all instructions printed on the Peach Loot receipt contained within the envelope. Failure to follow any instruction shall result in disqualification.

5.2 Identity Verification. The Winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, passport) to verify:

• (a) Their legal name matches the name on their Autameda Vision user account; and
• (b) They are at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
• (c) They are physically present in Georgia.

5.3 Account Verification. The Winner’s Autameda Vision user account must be active and in good standing at the time of claim. The legal name on the account must match the name on the Winner’s government-issued identification.

5.4 One Claim Per Person. Only one (1) individual may claim a Loot Envelope under one (1) legal name and one (1) Autameda Vision user account. The individual who physically retrieves the Loot Envelope must be the same individual whose name appears on the account and identification. Proxy claims, group claims, or claims made on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

5.5 Claim Deadline. The Winner must contact Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours of locating the Loot Envelope to initiate the verification process. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize at Sponsor’s discretion.

5.6 Sponsor’s Discretion. All decisions regarding the verification of claims, eligibility, and Winner determination are final and binding in all matters relating to the Game.

6. PUBLICITY & LIKENESS RELEASE

6.1 Grant of Rights. By accepting any Prize in the Peach Loot Hunt, the Winner irrevocably grants to Autameda Vision LLC, its successors, assigns, and licensees, the unconditional right and permission to:

• (a) photograph, film, and record the Winner’s name, voice, likeness, image, appearance, biographical information, and statements;
• (b) use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such materials;
• (c) use such materials for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to publication, advertising, marketing, promotion, social media content, and commercial merchandising, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity; without any obligation to pay royalties, fees, or any other compensation to the Winner.

6.2 No Further Approval. The Winner agrees that no additional approval or consent is required for any such use, and the Winner waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the copy used in connection with such materials.

6.3 Release of Moral Rights. To the extent permitted by law, the Winner waives any “moral rights” or similar rights they may have in connection with any such use.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT & ANTI-CHEATING PROVISIONS

7.1 General Prohibition. Sponsor is committed to maintaining the integrity and fairness of the Peach Loot Hunt. The following actions are strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any Prize, and a permanent ban from all future Peach Loot Hunt Games:

7.2 Multiple Accounts. No individual may create or use more than one (1) Autameda Vision user account for purposes of the Game. Participants found to be using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage will be disqualified.

7.3 Identity Fraud. No individual may:

• (a) use a false or fictitious name on their Autameda Vision account;
• (b) claim a Prize under any name other than their own legal name;
• (c) use another person’s identification or account to claim a Prize;
• (d) impersonate any other person for purposes of the Game.

7.4 Proxy or Group Claims. The Loot Envelope must be claimed by one individual acting alone. Groups, teams, or individuals acting on behalf of another person are not eligible. The individual who physically retrieves the Loot Envelope must be the Winner.

7.5 Trespassing & Illegal Activity. Participants must not trespass on private property, damage public or private property, or violate any local, state, or federal law in the pursuit of the Loot Envelope. Any participant found to have engaged in illegal activity shall be disqualified and may be reported to law enforcement.

7.6 Collusion & Conspiracy. No participant shall:

• (a) conspire with others to gain an unfair advantage;
• (b) share the exact hiding location with others before the official video release;
• (c) intentionally withhold or destroy a Loot Envelope to prevent others from claiming it;
• (d) engage in any conduct that undermines the “first come, first served” nature of the Game.

7.7 Automated or Scripted Activity. The use of bots, scripts, automated systems, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7.8 Harassment & Intimidation. Participants shall not harass, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any other participant or any member of the public in connection with the Game.

7.9 Disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant who Sponsor believes has violated these Official Rules, engaged in any fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct, or acted in any manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the Game.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

8.1 General Release. By participating in the Peach Loot Hunt, each participant releases and holds harmless Autameda Vision LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• (a) participation in the Game;
• (b) the search for, or retrieval of, the Loot Envelope;
• (c) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize;
• (d) any injury, damage, or loss to person or property;
• (e) any violation of law or regulation by the participant.

8.2 Assumption of Risk. Participants acknowledge that searching for the Loot Envelope involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and interaction with the public. Each participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

8.3 Social Media Platform Release. The Game is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or any other social media platform on which the Game may be promoted. Each participant releases each such platform from any and all liability arising from the Game.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

9.1 Binding Agreement. By participating in the Peach Loot Hunt, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

9.2 Amendments. Sponsor reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Official Rules at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Autameda Vision website.

9.3 Cancellation or Suspension. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Game or any weekly Game if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Game.

9.4 Force Majeure. Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Official Rules where such failure is caused by events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, or internet/telecommunications failures.

9.5 Governing Law & Venue. These Official Rules and the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Game shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

9.6 Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

9.7 Waiver. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

9.8 No Agency. Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between Sponsor and any participant.

10. PRIVACY

10.1 Information Collection. Sponsor collects personal information from participants, including but not limited to names, email addresses, and account information, for the purpose of administering the Game and verifying claims.

10.2 Information Use. Personal information collected in connection with the Game may be used by Sponsor for the purposes of:

• (a) administering the Game;
• (b) verifying eligibility and claims;
• (c) contacting Winners;
• (d) marketing and promotional purposes as set forth in Section 6;
• (e) complying with applicable laws and regulations.

10.3 Information Sharing. Sponsor will not sell or rent participants’ personal information to third parties, except as necessary to administer the Game (e.g., payment processing) or as required by law.

11. WINNER LIST

The name of each weekly Winner and the city in which the Loot Envelope was found may be posted on the Autameda Vision website and social media accounts. To request Winner information, please contact @peachloot on this website.
